DESCRIPTION:Join us for an engaging evening as composer Dr. Nathan Froebe presents “Intimate Echoes\,” a faculty composition recital featuring new chamber works. The program includes the premiere of “Vignettes of Cloves & Honey” for soprano and piano\, based on Athena Kildegaard’s poetry\, performed by Heather Hjelle and Dr. Froebe. \ndditionally\, Dr. Froebe will perform a new piano suite\, “Intimate Echoes\,” exploring a journey of self-discovery. \nA Q&A session with the performers will follow. The recital is scheduled for Thursday\, March 20\, 2025\, from 7 to 8:30 p.m. in the Recital Hall of the Humanities Fine Arts Building.
