The Regional Fitness Center on the University of Minnesota Morris campus holds this event annually, brining together people in our community and across the region.
Two courses to choose from!
SPRINT COURSE:
Swim – 450 Yards, Bike – 12 Miles, Run – 5 Kilometers
OLYMPIC COURSE:
Swim – 1 Kilometer, Bike – 19 Miles, Run – 10 Kilometers
Complete the Tinman in a group or individually! Please note – you or your team must complete either course in 3 hours or less.
