Celebrate the Season at Prairie Harvest Fest in Morris
As the crisp September air settles over the prairie, Morris, Minnesota, bursts into color and energy with Prairie Harvest Fest—a free, family-friendly celebration of rural Minnesota culture, local pride, and the agricultural heritage of Stevens County. From September 26–29, 2025, the Stevens County Fairgrounds will be the hub of autumn fun, where neighbors, visitors, and families from all backgrounds gather to share the season’s joy.
Entry, parking, and most activities are free, making this an open invitation to everyone to enjoy the best of small-town hospitality.
FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 26
2:30 pm | Homecoming Parade | Morris Area Schools
Kick off the weekend with school spirit as the community lines Main Street to cheer on the Morris Area Schools Homecoming Parade. Marching bands, floats, and plenty of orange-and-black pride set the tone for a festive weekend.
7 pm | Homecoming Game | Big Cat Stadium
Under the Friday night lights, cheer on the Tigers at Big Cat Stadium. It’s small-town football at its finest, bringing the community together to rally behind the hometown team.
SATURDAY, SEPTEMBER 27

Start your Saturday with a burst of energy at this community run supporting local youth mentoring programs. Whether you’re a seasoned runner or just in it for the fun, it’s a spirited way to kick off the day.
9 am–4 pm | Craft & Vendor Show | Lee Community Center
Browse booths brimming with handcrafted goods, artisan creations, and unique finds. From jewelry and home décor to local specialties, it’s the perfect place to start your holiday shopping or treat yourself.

10 am-12 pm | Kids Mini Market
Young entrepreneurs take the spotlight at the Kids Mini Market, where children showcase and sell their handmade crafts, baked goods, and creative treasures. It’s a fun way to support the next generation of makers and dreamers.

Registration kicks off at 1 pm, followed by an afternoon of colorful fun. Join the run to support BPA while enjoying live music, yard games, face painting, and temporary tattoos—making this fundraiser as festive as it is meaningful.
